Studio Rental Agreement

ENTERING THE STUDIO
• Studio access code will be sent in your confirmation email. Do not share.
• Use the front-door entrance only
• Back entrances and stairs are for Salon use only.

LIGHTING
• Natural light is subject to variations; peak brightness is not guaranteed.
• Overcast days may result in shadows and variable lighting; refunds or rebookings not possible upon arrival.
• If overhead studio lights are insufficient, bring your own lighting setup.

STUDIO RULES
• Salon (ground floor) is off-limits; stairwell usage allowed with minimal noise.
• Kitchen-area & restroom are shared use for the entire building, but available during your rental.
• Studio doors may be closed for privacy.
• Bluetooth speaker available. Have fun, but keep volume respectful.
• Avoid dragging items on the floor to prevent scratches.
• Report any breakages immediately to the Studio Manager to avoid additional fees.

EXITING THE STUDIO
• Please leave the studio clean and as found; failure may incur additional fees.
• Turn off all lights before leaving and lock studio door to avoid fees.

CANCELLATION / REBOOKING
• Use the "Change/Cancel" button in your confirmation email.
• Reschedule 24 hours before the original booking, same type only.
• Cancel 24 hours before the booking for a full refund; otherwise, fee forfeiture.

ADDITIONAL FEES
• Failure to lock doors 10 minutes post-departure incurs an extra hour charge ($65).
• Smart Lock monitors exact door activity.

DAMAGES
• Renter is responsible for any damages beyond ordinary studio usage (at the sole discretion of Kinfolk Salon & Studio).
• $200 cleaning fee if the facility is not left in its original condition.
• Renter is liable for consequential damages affecting Kinfolk Salon & Studio's operations.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
• Kinfolk Salon & Studio is not responsible for personal property loss, theft, misuse, or damage.
